		<description>Actually there&#039;s no penalty for duplicating content, Google just doesn&#039;t rank the duplicated page well, but for some reason why sometime it ranks better than the original page. It can be confusing issue sometimes but I guess it&#039;s just for temporary till Google realized that it&#039;s duplicated page thus it drop the rank to its proper place:D.</description>
