As an agreement between Google and Twitter has been reached, in the next few months we will be seeing Twitter update on Google result page, here’s how it will work according to Marissa Mayer, Google VP of Search Products and User Experience

That way, the next time you search for something that can be aided by a real-time observation, say, snow conditions at your favorite ski resort, you’ll find tweets from other users who are there and sharing the latest and greatest information.

So the next time people search for any information then Google will scan Twitter’s data to find Twits that related to the information and display them on the Google result page, here is the example if you’re searching for India on Google:

This can be a good news for Spammers and certainly they will aggressively spam Twitter, nothing is better than appear on the Google’s front page without SEO or backlink, just Tweet as many as it can to get there! But of course Google has already figured out this will increase spamming, so far I’ve not yet found an official Google announcement to prepare for such situation.

But I just don’t get it why Google still needs Twitter update when there are huge mountains of information published by Websites every minutes, beside Twitter mostly used to share trivial activity among friends or self community.

Thus it would be ridiculous if we search for cheap comfortable bed then we find I am lay on comfortable bed now with my kids Or finding a desperate blogger tweet “I Hate SEO cause my Blog never rank well!” when we search about SEO.

For me the presence of Twitter will only pollute Google result page!

See you in the next post
