ASUS has made Android ICS update enabled via OTA for Transformer Prime device, this is a two day earlier from the previous set schedule the company made for ICS update which should be at January, 12 this month.

This exciting news was announced on CES last night, during the company’s press conference.

By having this update, has made the Transformer Prime as the first Android tablet that received Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Two days ago, which is Friday Samsung officially announced the pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 is available today which is October, 23rd and it’s $399.99 in US. According 9To5Mac Apple is said is currently working to present a new gesture-based lock screen on their upcoming iOS firmware, so in the future all iOS devices will have similar “dots” lock screen feature found on Android devices. The mechanism will be: each time you need to unlock your iPhone simply highlighting the dots in a pre-established pattern without the need to “slide to unlock” and fill your password.
