Based on serious demand for a grunge WordPress theme design made WordPress-Designers.com came out to grant the demand with Sketchd theme in their hand. The author made a funny claim that even Curt Kobain would be jealous if he saw the theme.
And from my opinion this theme is very user friendly thereof one doesn’t need to play around with code to make it look according to our standard.
But of course if you have a little expertise in Photoshop you could do a little tweak to make the theme more unique, as long as you know how to asses the colors of css and background images.

@Sulumits Retsambew, this theme is not really SEO optimised theme but very easy to customize into SEO Theme
