How To Unlock Nexus One Bootloader

Previously we have covered about How To Root Google Nexus One On Android 2.1 and the steps elaborated there were taken by the Modaco Forums named Paul, now it’s the same guy who was able to unlock Nexus One Bootloader to make us able to install custom operating system software on your phone such as applications, themes and more

So here is the guide, but firstly read this: We are not responsible for any unwanted effect in the future caused by this guide, so do it on your own risk!

How To Unlock Nexus One Bootloader :

1. Download and extract fastboot from here (Windows, Linux and Mac included)
2. Run a command prompt
   / terminal at the directory you just extracted
3. Type ‘fastboot-windows oem unlock’ or ‘./fastboot-mac oem unlock’ or ‘./fastboot-linux oem unlock’ (as appropriate)
4. Proceed on your merry bootloader unlocked way
