- Place your iPhone in DFU mode, after you have connected it to the computer.
- Go to your Control Panel (Navigate to Start -> Control Panel)
- In control panel, click on Hardware and Sound
- Inside Hardware and Sound, hit on Device Manager
- Double click to expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers category
- Point your mouse’s cursor on Apple Mobile Device USB, then right click on it to go to Properties menu
