Google Buzz Notifications Should Not In Inbox

After hanging around in Google Buzz for an hour, here is what I got, Google Buzz is a good place to socialize with families, friends or colleagues just like Facebook, in face it’s created as a response of upcoming of Facebook Email. But the thing I hate in Facebook is found in Google Buzz too, do you want to know what is it? The notification via Email, yes this one! Google Buzz’s notification of someone that responded my status is sent to my inbox, as the result, I am not just receiving notifications from Facebook now but from Buzz too

Now my inbox is full with notifications, since I have a lot of friends on those social networking services, not to mention notification emails from Twitter which have been active to sends me emails from someone that become my followers. But fortunately I am not popular in Twitter so I don’t receive notification emails too often from Twitter

So is not be better to notify users by icon number like this?

So there is no need to load notifications in our email inbox!

And the rest of features offered by Buzz are awesome, albeit, it’s too Facebook and then I would be more happier if my avatar appears each time I respond my friend’s status not just my name like this:
